LOS ANGELES, March 26, 2010 – Tennis Channel, the only 24-hour, television-based multimedia destination dedicated to both the professional sport and tennis lifestyle, will begin its coverage of the Sony Ericsson Open on Monday, March 29, at 7 p.m. ET. The network has slated 20 live or first-run hours during what has become known as the “fifth slam,” in addition to 30 hours of same-day repeats. The Sony Ericsson Open features the world’s top ATP men’s and WTA women’s tennis players in Miami at the Tennis Center at Crandon Park.
