Fang's Bites On Boston Sports Media Watch

On Tuesday, I mentioned that David Scott of Boston Sports Media Watch was leaving the blog for other interests and I hoped to have an announcement on who would take his place. Well, that person “replacing” David is yours truly. Bruce Allen of BSMW was kind enough to ask me to join his site and I accepted.

David was an entertaining read who added some snark to his writing on the Boston sports media. I won’t be as snarky, but I certainly hope to entertain and inform.

I’m not leaving Fang’s Bites. This is my site and I’ve invested a lot to gain your loyal readership over the years. The links will be posted here first and then brought over to the BSMW site. To make the two sites different, I will write on the Boston and Providence sports media at the Fang’s Bites on BSMW site only. When I write something there, I’ll add a link here so you can go over to read it. In addition, I will add the BSMW site to my Twitterfeed so if you follow me on Twitter, you’ll be updated on both sites.

I’m excited about this opportunity to join Bruce. We’ve exchanged e-mails over the years and he was a guest on my Computer and internet-centric talk show on WHJJ in Providence a few years back.

Please visit Fang’s Bites both here and at Boston Sports Media Watch and I will continue to bring you the latest and greatest in sports media news. Thanks for your continued and loyal readership.
