This week, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew and Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White join analysts Warren Sapp and Torry Holt, and host Lindsay Soto live in-studio.

Below are video links and quotes from last week’s The Top 100: Players of 2011 Reactions episode:

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-top100-2011/09000d5d8204afe3/Top-100-Wilfork-talks-ranking

– Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten calls in to discuss his thoughts on being revealed as the No. 36 player on the list:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-top100-2011/09000d5d8204b0f3/Top-100-Witten-ranked-2nd-best-TE

– Analysts Warren Sapp and Willie McGinest discuss the running backs included on the list:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-top100-2011/09000d5d8204af1f/Top-100-RB-ranking-reactions

– “I’d be wrong if I sat here and said I made it because I’m a receiver; I know deep down inside kickoff return is my bread and butter. But at the end of the day, I do a little bit of receiving for the dessert.” – Chicago Bears kick returner/wide receiver Devin Hester on making the list at No. 32

– “It’s just an honor to be in the top 100, especially as what I do: nose tackle. But I think a lot of people see me move around a lot. A lot of media [call] me, ‘nose tackle,’ and I correct them; I’m a defensive lineman.” – New England Patriots defensive lineman Vince Wilfork on his No. 35 ranking

– “I’ve got to say myself. But I do recognize great players and I think [Haloti] Ngata is a great player. I think he’s a great defensive lineman, he plays across the board and I have to give him his props. But if it all comes down to it, I don’t think there’s anyone that is going to say that they’d take the second seat [or] the backseat to anyone.” – New England Patriots defensive lineman Vince Wilfork on who is the top defensive tackle in the NFL

– “Definitely flattered. Anytime you’re nominated like that by other guys in the league, that’s something that you’re flattered about. Really, that’s where you earn your respect with the guy that you line up against week-in and week-out, and year-in and year-out. So definitely humbled by that and I think they got it right because there’s some really good tight ends out there.” – Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten on being named the No. 36 player on the list

– “If this is a list of the top 100 players in the game, then you cannot leave LaDainian Tomlinson off this list. I can’t find 100 players that I would pick right now in today’s game before I take LT on my team. I’m putting him in my backfield, I’m getting him in a one-on-one situation and somebody is going to be hurting.” – Warren Sapp on New York Jets running back LaDainian Tomlinson

Steelers WR Hines Ward Serves as Guest Analyst on NFL Total Access TONIGHT at 7:00 PM ET; Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew and Falcons WR Roddy White Live In-Studio Monday, June 20
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward serves as a guest analyst on NFL Total Access tonight at 7:00 PM ET. The former Super Bowl MVP discusses the Steelers’ 2010 season and winning the latest season of Dancing with the Stars.

NFL Network’s “32 Teams in 32 Days” continues on NFL Total Access tonight at 7:00 PM ET with an in-depth look at the Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles head coach Andy Reid appears via Eagles Cam to discuss the 2010 season for quarterback Michael Vick in which he earned Comeback Player of the Year honors and what the Eagles need to do in order to repeat as NFC East champions.

On Monday, June 20, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White appears live in-studio to discuss the 2010 season in which the Falcons won the NFC South and secured the best record on the NFC. White will also talk about the Falcons’ first-round trade with the Cleveland Browns to select wide receiver Julio Jones and what the former Alabama star will bring to Atlanta’s offense.

Also on Monday, Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew appears live in-studio.

Earlier this week, analysts Warren Sapp and Jamie Dukes discussed the 2010 season for the Baltimore Ravens. Having made the playoffs in three consecutive seasons, Sapp and Dukes discuss what the Ravens need to do in order to get over that final hump and advance to the Super Bowl. On Tuesday, Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Dhani Jones appeared live in-studio to discuss Carson Palmer, what the Bengals’ biggest needs are and the other quarterbacks in the AFC North.

Below are video links and quotes from the interviews on NFL Total Access:

– Analysts Warren Sapp and Jamie Dukes examine the Baltimore Ravens:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-total-access/09000d5d8204e766/32-in-32-Ravens

– Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Dhani Jones appears live in-studio:
http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-total-access/09000d5d82052606/32-in-32-Bengals

– “It takes both sides. So if you’re a strong defense, help your young quarterback out because that’s what a great defense is supposed to do. Give him the ball with short field, give him turnovers, win the turnover battle, give him a chance to go out and perform.” – Warren Sapp on the Baltimore Ravens

“Carson, he won’t be back. Jordan [Palmer] called him his former teammate. That’s his brother. He would know better than anybody else. … I think he’s had enough. I think he’s ready to move on to a different situation and it’s time for him to go. … He’s made the necessary adjustments that everybody has wanted him to while he’s been on the field, made the completions, made the passes, got knocked down and has gotten back up. But he just wants a change.” – Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Dhani Jones on quarterback Carson Palmer

Dhani Jones’ Top 10 Linebackers

1. Patrick Willis – San Francisco 49ers
2. James Harrison – Pittsburgh Steelers
3. DeMarcus Ware – Dallas Cowboys
4. Clay Matthews – Green Bay Packers
5. Ray Lewis – Baltimore Ravens
6. Jerod Mayo – New England Patriots
7. Dhani Jones – Cincinnati Bengals
8. Lance Briggs – Chicago Bears
9. London Fletcher – Washington Redskins
10. Jon Beason – Carolina Panthers

Steelers WR Hines Ward, NBC Sunday Night Football Game Analyst Cris Collinsworth & Actor Kyle Chandler Featured Guests on the NFL Network Debut of ‘The Rich Eisen Podcast’ Thursday, June 16 at 8:00 PM ET
Rich Eisen takes NFL.com’s first podcast to the small screen with the television debut of ‘The Rich Eisen Podcast’ on Thursday nights at 8:00 PM ET only on NFL Network. Beginning June 16, the weekly edition of the podcast – which remains available for download on NFL.com and iTunes – will air on NFL Network, featuring a mix of NFL personalities and stars from the world of entertainment.

“Putting the podcast on television is a natural extension of the show, and will either bring the program to a wider audience to enjoy or offer me a larger platform on which to flame out spectacularly,” said Eisen.

On the television premiere of ‘The Rich Eisen Podcast,’ Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver and latest winner of Dancing with the Stars, Hines Ward, joins the program in-studio. Rounding out the guest list on Thursday’s debut program is NBC’s Sunday Night Football game analyst Cris Collinsworth and Kyle Chandler, the star of this past weekend’s top-grossing movie, Super 8 and the critically-acclaimed television show Friday Night Lights.

The podcast will be available for download on NFL.com and iTunes Thursday immediately following the network debut.

Saints S Darren Sharper and Bengals OT Andrew Whitworth Featured Guests on the Latest Edition of the ‘Cover Two’ Podcast on NFL.com/iTunes
The third edition of the ‘Cover Two’ podcast is now available for download on NFL.com and iTunes. Hosts Steve Wyche and Bucky Brooks talk to New Orleans Saints safety Darren Sharper – a 15-year veteran who currently is a free agent – about what he can bring to a team, the possibility of returning to New Orleans and the potential of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman.

Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth also joins the podcast. Whitworth, who enters his sixth NFL season, gives his thoughts on the Bengals’ offensive struggles in 2010, the future of quarterback Carson Palmer and the Bengals’ second-round pick Andy Dalton. Whitworth, the Bengals’ player representative, also gives an update on the labor situation.

Wyche and Brooks also examine pertinent issues in the world of football, including the most likely landing spots for free agents such as Sharper, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Sidney Rice, New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw and others.

Below are quotes from this edition of the podcast:

“I really felt like in the first game we came out against New England and they really played well offensively. We had a turnover the first couple of runs and really didn’t get any first downs on the first two possessions, and it kind of seemed that that rattled us a little bit and we started trying to throw the football a lot more. And it carried over week to week, and it seemed like that’s what we tried to do instead of sticking with the [running] style we had.” – Andrew Whitworth on the Bengals’ offensive struggles last season

“My real gut feeling is no, I don’t believe he will. He’s the kind of guy when he says something he means it. I feel like people are taking him seriously and we’re prepared. He made a decision he feels is best for him and his family and we’ve moved on.” – Andrew Whitworth on quarterback Carson Palmer

“Those things as far as experience, the knowledge of the game, how to prepare, how to keep yourself in the top physical condition so that you can play 14 years and perform at a high level for 14 years are all of the things I can lend to an organization. … But besides that, I still have some playmaking skills left in this body so I know I can still go out there and still intercept a couple of footballs and knock a couple of guys heads off.” – Darren Sharper on what he can bring to a team

“I think that he could develop the type of Matt Ryan-Roddy White relationship that they have in Atlanta with Christian Ponder. … I think if he really wants to blossom in his career, he needs to re-sign there. They need him as badly as he needs them, and probably more than he needs them because without Sidney Rice, they’re stuck.” – Steve Wyche on Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Sidney Rice

Orlando Predators-Tampa Bay Storm Renew Longest Rivalry in AFL on “Arena Football Friday” June 17 at 8:00 PM ET
The 10-year rivalry between the Tampa Bay Storm (5-7) and the Orlando Predators (8-4) resumes on NFL Network’s “Arena Football Friday” June 17 at 8:00 PM ET. Fran Charles provides the play-by-play, with Charles Davis serving as game analyst. Anthony Herron provides reports from the sidelines at St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida.

Since 1991, the Predators and Storm have met at least twice each season. In the first meeting between the two teams this season on May 6, the Predators defeated the Storm 63-61 in Orlando in a game televised on NFL Network.

Orlando looks to maintain a hold on the first Wild Card spot in the American Conference and bounce back from a narrow loss to the league-leading Jacksonville Sharks, 68-67. Tampa Bay looks to keep its playoff hopes alive and win for the fourth time in five games. Last week, the Storm defeated the Pittsburgh Power 62-55.

Orlando is making its third appearance on NFL Network this season. The Predators are 1-1 in their previous two nationally televised games this year, with a loss to the Jacksonville Sharks (76-55, April 30) and a victory over the Storm (63-61, May 6).

Tampa Bay is making its fourth and final appearance on NFL Network this year, and is 1-2 in such games. The Storm defeated the Philadelphia Soul 51-48 on April 15, and lost to the Jacksonville Sharks (54-30, April 1) and the Predators.

Last week on “Arena Football Friday,” the defending ArenaBowl champion Spokane Shock won 75-54 at home against the Philadelphia Soul. Spokane quarterback Erik Meyer made his first AFL-start and threw for 332 yards and seven touchdowns, three to Markee White. Philadelphia quarterback Ryan Vena threw five touchdowns and rushed for two scores in the loss.
