NBC Says Sunday Night Football Fared Very Well Against NLCS

Against the National League Championship Series Game 2 on Fox, NBC’s Sunday Night Football did very well. In fact, Indianapolis-Washington’s overnight rating of 13.2 beat San Francisco-Philadelphia’s 6.5. According to NBC, this was the widest margin of a primetime NFL game over an LCS game in more than a decade.

Certainly some good numbers. And last night’s overnight rating beat last week’s Sunday night game rating of 11.7 by a healthy margin. We have the press release for you.
