On Thursday, NBA TV goes live at 2 p.m. ET and over the following two hours, it will keep track of the wheeling and dealing as teams try to get that one player to put them over the top to the playoffs and possibly the NBA Championship. Vince Cellini will host the Trade Deadline Show and he’ll be joined by NBA TV insider David Aldridge, analyst Dennis Scott, “chat master” Sekou Smith and reporters stationed all over the country to provide the latest and greatest information on the trades happening on Thursday.
Then at 7 p.m., Cellini, Aldridge, Scott and Smith return to wrap up the day’s trades and to review the winners and losers at the deadline. We have the NBA TV announcement right here for you.
NBA TV to Televise Trade Deadline Special March 15 at 2 p.m. ET
David Aldridge, Vince Cellini, Dennis Scott, Sekou Smith in studio to bring fans latest trade news
NBA TV will televise a special Trade Deadline Show on Thursday, March 15, from 2-4 p.m. ET, bringing fans breaking news on the latest player movement and the status of their favorite teams with host Vince Cellini, analyst Dennis Scott, NBA.com insider David Aldridge and ‘chat master’ Sekou Smith who will be monitoring social media throughout the day. Following the trade deadline, Aldridge, Cellini, Scott and Smith will return to NBA TV at 7 p.m. to recap the trades and discuss the impact it will have on the teams the rest of the season.
As trade news breaks throughout the day, NBA TV’s Jared Greenberg will provide hourly updates beginning at 9 a.m. prior to the Trade Deadline Show. In addition, the Trade Deadline Show will be simulcast and streamed live on NBA.com from 2-4 p.m.
Trade deadline coverage will also include NBA TV analysts and NBA.com writers checking in with the studio team throughout the day from some of the most talked-about markets in the league, breaking down the trades, and opining on the impact moves could have on each respective team.
