TBS Goes To Milwaukee For Potential Postseason Matchup

On Sunday, TBS goes to Milwaukee where the Brewers host the Philadelphia Phillies for a possible National League playoff showdown. Craig Sager and his loud wardrobe will be on hand for this game. Look out.

The Philadelphia Phillies visit the Milwaukee Brewers in a Match-up of Postseason Contenders on “Sunday MLB on TBS”

“Sunday MLB on TBS” continues on September 11 with a match-up between two Postseason contenders when Ryan Howard and the Philadelphia Phillies visit Prince Fielder and the Milwaukee Brewers at 2 p.m. (ET)Vance Worley (11-1) is scheduled to start for the Phillies against the Brewers probable starter Yovani Gallardo (15-10). Play-by-play announcer Ernie Johnson will call the game alongside analysts Ron Darling and John Smoltz in the broadcast booth.  TBS MLB reporter Craig Sager will also join the announce team with updates throughout the game.

Beginning on September 30, TBS will begin televising the 2011 MLB Postseason for the fifth consecutive year. The network will provide exclusive coverage of all four MLB League Division Series (ALDS & NLDS) and the National League Championship Series (NLCS).

TBS has served as the exclusive home of Major League Baseball’s Division Series (DS) and one League Championship Series (LCS) since 2007, has broadcasted MLB games for more than 30 years and was home of the Atlanta Braves from 1977-2007.
