TBS is really smiling after last night’s Game 5 of the American League Division Series between the Detroit Tigers and New York Yankees. The rating for last night’s game reached a 6.2 rating, a cable TV record. And the audience for the game was 9.72 million, also a cable TV record.
As a result, TBS won the night in the cable TV ratings and was number three among all networks, both cable and over the air. TBS has to be rubbing its proverbial hands in excitement over having two Games 5 tonight for both National League Division Series.
