Continuing its tradition to air just about everything about the Super Bowl except for the game, NFL Network plans to carpetbomb viewers with shows and programs surrounding the Big Game during the week and hours leading up to kickoff.
NFL Network says it will provide over 140 hours of programming, a record 86 of them live. The network will have 12 sets from eight locations in the New York/New Jersey area. In addition, they’ll throw 40, count ’em 40 on-air personalities at the American people.
On Super Bowl Sunday, NFL GameDay First and NFL GameDay Morning will combine for 10½ hours of pregame coverage beginning at 7 a.m. ET.
Then following the Super Bowl, NFL GameDay Final will hit the air with another two hours of live coverage providing highlights, postgame interviews, press conferences and analysis.

On Super Bowl Sunday, February 2, NFL Network provides 12.5 hours of live pregame and postgame coverage, starting at 7:00 AM ET with NFL GameDay First. NFL Network’s coverage continues at 9:00 AM ET with a special 8.5-hour edition of NFL GameDay Morning utilizing 26 on-air talent members. Following the game, NFL GameDay Final is live from MetLife Stadium with postgame interviews with players and coaches, in-depth analysis and complete game highlights.
