  • The Kia Classic presented by J Golf is the first LPGA Tour event contested in the U.S. for 2010.
  • Judy Rankin will make her 2010 debut as lead analyst for Golf Channel’s LPGA Tour coverage.
  • Golf Channel’s Tom Abbott will make his play-by-play host debut.  Abbott will be Golf Channel’s lead play-by-play voice for the 2010 LPGA Tour season.
  • 2009 Rookie of the Year Jiyai Shin will be the spotlight featured player during Thursday’s opening round of coverage.
  • 2008 U.S. Women’s Amateur champion Amanda Blumenherst will be featured during Friday’s telecast.
  • Golf Channel will conduct on-course interviews with players as they make the turn during the four rounds of play.
