Golf Channel Back with Live Golf This Week

On Thursday, the PGA Tour resumes with the Tournament of Champions from Maui. It means some primetime golf and that’s always fun to watch. I’m serious. No sarcasm there.

Golf Channel will provide live four round coverage with a rare wraparound weekend coverage beginning Friday and ending on Monday night.

The event starts with the Pro-Am on Thursday night then live coverage from Friday through Monday.

NBC will pick up one hour of coverage on Sunday and Dan Hicks who will call the Kansas City-Indianapolis AFC Wild Card game on Saturday for the Peacock will fly immediately after the game to Maui to call the golf at 3 p.m. Sunday. That’s a massive hustle award for Dan.

Here’s the press release from Golf Channel.
