Golf Channel’s new morning show called “Morning Drive” will be hosted by the absolutely horrible Erik Kuselias and Gary Williams. Just announced today is the addition of Holly Sonders who will do the golf and news updates during the program. We have the particulars of this announcement.
Golf Channel Adds Holly Sonders to Morning Drive TeamORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 2, 2011) – Golf Channel’s Morning Drive has added Holly Sonders to its on-air team, joining co-hosts Erik Kuselias and Gary Williams for the network’s new, live weekday morning show premiering Monday, Jan. 3 from 7-9 a.m. ET.Sonders will provide tournament and news updates as well as the top headlines of the day at the bottom of the hour during Morning Drive. Sonders comes to Golf Channel from KATV in Little Rock, Ark., where she was a news and sports reporter. Sonders also served as a sideline reporter for the Big Ten Network during the 2009 season.An Ohio native, Sonders began her career at WBNS-10 TV in Columbus working on the “The Average Joe Sports Show,” a live, weekly television show that covered statewide athletics on the high school and collegiate level.A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, Sonders was a four-year member of the MSU Women’s Golf Team and helped the Lady Spartans to a Big Ten Championship in 2007.Sonders will reside in Winter Park, Fla.
