Fox Sports Go will stream both of Fox’s NFC Divisional Playoff Games this weekend, the New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks contest on Saturday and the San Francisco 49ers at Carolina Panthers match on Sunday.
Once again, you will have to be an authenticated subscriber of a participating cable provider to see the games on the mobile or tablet app. Only AT&T U-Verse, Cablevision’s Optimum, Comcast’s Xfinity, Midcontinent, Suddenlink and Wow! (Wild Out West) have agreements to stream content from Fox Sports Go for their subscribers. Cable and satellite providers such as Bright House, Cox, DirecTV, Dish, Time Warner Cable and the NCTC do not have agreements with Fox for the app and unless something drastic happens before next week, they won’t have one for the NFC Championship Game which will also be streamed on Fox Sports Go.
Last week, there were problems in streaming the NFC Wild Card game between the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers. Fox hopes to have those issues straightened out for this weekend’s games.
Here’s the Fox press release.
