Fox Wraps Up Its MLB Regular Season

The final weekend of the MLB regular season is upon us. And this Saturday will wrap up Fox’s MLB coverage until the American League Championship Series in October. After Saturday, TBS takes over for a Sunday doubleheader and then the entire League Division Series starting next Friday.

Again, Joe Buck is on NFL duty so Fox brings in Matt Vasgersian from MLB Network to fill in on the Red Sox-Yankees game. And for Texas Rangers fans, they get to hear Josh Lewin once again calling their game against Seattle. Only two games for Fox on Saturday.

Overall this season, Joe Buck called just 12 games out of a possible 25. Last season, he did 14 out of 26 weekends including the final game which was also Red Sox-Yankees.

We have their preview in the press release below.
