Baseball On TV For The Final Weekend of The Regular Season

The MLB TV partners complete their regular season coverage this weekend. MLB Network, Fox and TBS will air games. ESPN finished their schedule on Wednesday. Let’s take a look at what the networks will air this weekend.

First, MLB Network will air a doubleheader tonight and a single game on Saturday.

October 1 – 7:30 p.m., Philadelphia at Atlanta

7:00 p.m., New York Yankees at Boston [In select markets]
10:00 p.m., San Diego at San Francisco
10:00 p.m., Arizona at Los Angeles Dodgers [In Padres and Giants markets]
October 2, 7:00 p.m., Tampa Bay at Kansas City
8:00 p.m., Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at Texas [In Rays and Royals markets]

For Fox, it’ll have coverage of three games. In an upset, Joe Buck will work the Yankees-Red Sox game and that will make 14 games he’ll have worked out of a possible 26 regular season games. And he will also call the Washington-Philadelphia game the following afternoon for the NFL on Fox. Kudos to Joe for coming out of baseball hibernation to call a late season MLB game for the Foxies.

This is the schedule for Saturday.
