STRAHAN: DALLAS COACHES TO BLAME FOR TD-NEGATING HOLDING CALL — FOX NFL SUNDAY analyst and Super Bowl winning defensive end Michael Strahan discusses Cowboys tackle Alex Barron and the holding call that wiped out what would have been the game-winning touchdown for Dallas last Sunday. “The Cowboys coaching staff knew that Alex Barron was having trouble trying to block Brian Orakpo.  I played in the league for 15 years and for 10 of them I was doubled, tripled and chip-blocked in those situations. Why wouldn’t Dallas have their running back there to help Barron out? Alex Barron’s talent is what it is. The Dallas coaching staff knew what type of player they were putting on the field, so help him out. Don’t leave him out there one-on-one.”
VINCE YOUNG TELLS FOX’S LAURA OKMIN: “I USED TO WATCH MY MOM DOING CRACK AND COCAINE FROM THE PEEPHOLE IN MY BEDROOM DOOR FOX Sports’ Laura Okmin gives FOXSports.com an inside account of what took place behind-the-scenes with Vince Young during her recent interview with the Titans quarterback for FSN’s PROfiles.  Below is an excerpt from Okmin’s “Get to Know Vince Young.”
Okmin: “I hardly knew Vince when I asked him to do the PROfiles’ show. It’s rare, but extremely rewarding, when you’re getting to know someone as you’re interviewing them. It turns into a real conversation instead of an ‘interview.’ To be honest, I was a little nervous about how it would go because I knew we were going to talk about Vince’s most sensitive issues: the Dallas strip-club incident, his relationship with Steve McNair’s sons and 2008 — the year of his benching and talk of suicide. I had no idea how open he was to talking about any of it.
Then he blew me away. I asked my first two questions about his new baby and then followed up with, “Did you ever have a childhood, Vince?” All I know is when an answer begins with ‘I used to watch my mom doing crack and cocaine from the peephole in my bedroom door,’ you know you won’t ask a single question you wrote down in your notebook. The only thing you need to rely on in an interview like that is your ears. You listen. And he wanted to talk.”
PROfiles with Vince Young appears on FSN all this week. Check your local listings.

We have CBS Sports and the NFL Today previews coming up.
