NEW YORK – October 24, 2012 – Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints (2-4) travel to Denver to take on Peyton Manning and the Broncos (3-3) on Sunday Night Football in a matchup that features two of the game’s most prolific passers. Brees (349.5) and Manning (301.3) rank No. 1 and 2 (tie) this season in average passing yards per game, and have combined for 99,475 career passing yards (Manning – 56,636; Brees – 42,839). Brees has thrown a touchdown pass in a record 49 consecutive games and is one away from 300 career, which would tie him with John Elway for sixth on the all-time list.
