We have what should be a rather tasty matchup on Sunday night, the much hated 1-1 New England Patriots taking on the 1-1 much hated Baltimore Ravens. As America decides which team to hate the least for this game, NBC will have a marquee game as two of the more recognizable stars in the NFL face off, Pats QB Tom Brady and Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis.
The rematch of last season’s AFC Championship will be called by NBC’s Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth and Michele Tafoya.

New England topped Baltimore 23-20 in last year’s AFC Championship game, after Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff missed a 32-yard field goal attempt with 11 seconds remaining in the game. Both teams look to rebound after difficult losses this past weekend; the Ravens losing 24-23 to the Eagles, and the Patriots losing 20-18 to the Cardinals as Stephen Gostkowski missed a 42-yard field goal with 2 seconds remaining.
Calling Patriots-Ravens is six-time Emmy Award-winner Al Michaels (play-by-play), in his 27th season as the voice of the NFL’s premier primetime package; 13-time Emmy Award-winner Cris Collinsworth, who has won the Emmy for outstanding event analyst in each of
his three seasons in the Sunday Night Football booth; and sideline reporter Michele Tafoya, who, last year in her first season with SNF, won the inaugural Emmy Award for Outstanding Sports Reporter.Football Night in America is hosted by 23-time Emmy Award-winner Bob Costas, who will report from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md. Costas will be joined on site by Michaels and Collinsworth and two-time Super Bowl winner Hines Ward.
