Tara & Johnny Go Primetime

In tonight’s Olympic primetime coverage on NBC, the popular daytime figure skating announcing team of Terry Gannon, Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir move to the evening hours. They’ll be calling the figure skating exhibition gala that allows the medalists to let their hair down so to speak and give performances that aren’t normally seen during the competition.

Expected to perform are Ice Dancing gold medalists Meryl Davis and Charlie White of the United States, ladies silver medalist and the Queen, Yuna Kim of the Republic of Korea and others.

Lipinski and Weir have been the breakout stars of the Games for NBC and have been absolutely wonderful in the booth while Gannon has done an excellent job in playing straight man.
