ESPN Unveils Its 2014-15 Men’s College Basketball Schedule

This was originally a 7,558-word press release, but after taking out the sponsor mentions, this becomes a 300-word blurb. No, just kidding. Taking out all the sponsor mentions, this press release is reduced to a 7,334-word extravaganza.

This includes all of the holiday tournaments, the regular season matchups and everything else that the ESPN Family of Networks will air.

With this being very long and requiring you to scroll for a while to find your favorite team and games to circle, here’s the entire ESPN press release for you to peruse.

Industry-Leading 1,500 Men’s College Basketball Games across ESPN Networks

ESPN’s extensive multiplatform coverage of the 2014-15 men’s college basketball season will include more than 1,500 games across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3, ESPNEWS, SEC Network and Longhorn Network as well as content on ESPN.com, ESPN Radio, ESPN The Magazine and more. ESPN3’s record schedule of exclusive games and its lineup of outermarket matchups will be included in a future release.

The game action will begin on Friday, Nov. 14, and feature the third annual Armed Forces Classic matching Minnesota, coached by Richard Pitino, against Louisville, led by Richard’s father Rick, from the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Puerto Rico at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN, a SEC Network doubleheader, marking the first live regular-season college basketball games on the first-year network, and four matchups on ESPNU, including Hampden-Sydney versus the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, also at the U.S. Coast Guard base, at 1 p.m.

Every game will be available through WatchESPN, accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, through ESPN on Xbox LIVE, Amazon FireTV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast and Roku devices to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
