SEC Gridiron LIVE Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on FOX Sports South With Charles Davis, Randy Cross, Tim Couch and Kristina Akra
South Carolina @ Vanderbilt, Saturday at 7 p.m. ET on FOX Sports South
On Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET on FOX Sports South, SEC Gridiron LIVE presented by O’Charley’s previews the games coming up in the eighth week of SEC football, including Saturday’s showdown between No. 5 Auburn and No. 6 LSU at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Host Charles Davis examines the matchup from a historical perspective, citing past contentions like the “Earthquake Game” of ‘88 and the “Barn Burner Game” of ’96 as evidence of the rivalry’s significance. Analysts Tim Couch and Randy Cross go “In the Trenches” to debate the current BCS standings, and then discuss the Ford “Keys to the Game” for this weekend’s face-off between the 7th-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide and the Tennessee Vols. The crew also profiles LSU quarterback Russell Shepard, and Tim Couch sits down with Kentucky wide receiver Randall Cobb to talk shop.
Throughout the show, fans will have the opportunity to interact and debate with each other and the team of in-studio experts through our live chat feature, monitored by social media host Kristina Akra. Visit SECGridironLIVE.com to participate.
And in our SEC Game of the Week, the South Carolina Gamecocks visit the Vanderbilt Commodores. Play-by-play announcer Rich Waltz will be joined by analyst Tim Couch and sideline reporter Jenn Hildreth in the FOX Sports South booth on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
