There are going to be plenty of college basketball games on ESPN’s platforms this week, except for the Mothership itself. Games will be aired mostly on ESPN2 and ESPNU with a few on ESPN3.com sprinkled in. Here’s the schedule.
The men’s college basketball season is in full swing this week as 2010 comes to a close.Highlights:
- ESPNU features five games with three ranked teams – Providence at No. 5 Syracuse at 9 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 28, and top-ranked Duke at UNC Greensboro at 7 p.m. followed by No. 3 Kansas at home against Texas-Arlington at 9 p.m., both Wednesday, Dec. 29;
- ESPN2’s schedule includes two top-20 matchups – a Big Ten tilt between No. 13 Minnesota at No. 24 Wisconsin Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 7 p.m. and BIG EAST opponents No. 9 Georgetown at No. 20 Notre Dame Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 7 p.m. A Big Five matchup features Temple at No. 8 Villanova Thursday, Dec. 30, at 7 p.m. on ESPN2;
- DePaul travels to Cincinnati Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 7 p.m. for an exclusive game on ESPN3.com.
