With the 1st Round of the NCAA Tournament now over, it’s time to look forward to the 2nd Round. By the end of Easter Sunday, we’ll know who’s in the Sweet 16. But let’s get to Sunday’s tip times and TV and radio announcing assignments. CBS has a triple header starting at noon ET. As usual, all times listed are Eastern.
