NFL Week 17 Schedule for 2013 Season

Ok, we’ve had the Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys game pegged for the Week 17 Sunday Night Football primetime slot for a while and tonight it became official.

The National Football League and the National Broadcasting Company that Eagles-Cowboys will be in primetime tonight. That game will be for the final NFL playoff spot and decide the NFC East Division Championship.

Both CBS and Fox will have national doubleheaders. As it stands now, Green Bay at Chicago is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET, but will move to 4:25 p.m. ET as the Bears are losing to the Eagles on Sunday Night Football. When the Bears lose, Green Bay-Chicago game will be for the NFC North Championship and expect Joe Buck, Troy Aikman and Pam Oliver to call that game.

For CBS, the late games are Buffalo at New England, Kansas City at San Diego and Denver at Oakland.

Here’s how the 1 p.m. ET games look as it was announced on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. As mentioned, the Packers-Bears game will move to 4:25 p.m. if the Bears lose and it looks like they will.

NFL Week 17 2013 1 pmAnd the 4:25 p.m. games. As it looks now, Fox will have four games at 4:25 p.m. ET with the Packers-Bears in that slot along with the previously announced three. CBS also has three games in the late window.

And finally, the primetime game on NBC.

This marks the third straight year that the Dallas Cowboys will have been in the regular season finale on Sunday Night Football.

The Week 17 Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday, December 29 will be played at 8:30 PM ET on NBC’s Sunday Night Football, the Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots at 4:25 PM ET on CBS and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints game at 4:25 PM ET on FOX, the NFL announced tonight.

Most markets will see four Sunday afternoon games (two on CBS and two on FOX) plus the NBC Sunday night game with the NFL’s Week 17 double doubleheader schedule, which was introduced in 2006.

Following is the Week 17 NFL schedule (asterisk and bold/italics represents changed game time).  The schedule will be updated following the conclusion of tonight’s Chicago Bears-Philadelphia Eagles game.
