NCAA Tournament Elite 8 Tip Times For Sunday, March 27, 2011

Ok, we have your tip times for Sunday as we had two stellar games in the late evening session to determine the last two entries into the Elite 8, the Regional Finals. CBS has both games starting at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Time. Here are the tip times with announcing assignments. I hope Marv Albert’s voice recovers after he battled through a bout of laryngitis during the Southwest Regional semifinals.

SUNDAY, MARCH 27 REGIONAL FINALS (2:00-7:00 PM, ET)

2:20 PM – CBS: San Antonio I: Kansas vs. VCU, Marv Albert/Steve Kerr//Craig Sager

5:05 PM – CBS: Newark I: North Carolina vs. Kentucky, Jim Nantz/Clark Kellogg//Tracy Wolfson

Exclusive Coverage Continues with Regional Finals on Saturday, March 26 on CBS

CBS Sports and Turner Sports announce tip-times and match-ups for the Regional finals of the 2011 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship on Sunday, March 27 (2:00-7:00 PM, ET) on CBS. Kansas takes on VCU in the first game, followed by Kentucky playing North Carolina

The NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Championship with BYU-Hawaii taking on Bellarmine (1:00-3:00 PM, ET) tips-off Saturday’s coverage on CBS followed by THE ROAD TO THE FINAL FOUR®, hosted by Greg Gumbel along with analysts Charles Barkley, Greg Anthony, Kenny Smith and Villanova head coach Jay Wright (3:00 PM, ET).

Coverage begins both days on truTV with NCAA Tip-Off (12:00 NOON, ET on Saturday and 1:00 PM, ET on Sunday) with Ernie Johnson, Seth Davis, Steve Smith and Clemson head coach Brad Brownell. Inside March Madness wraps up the action on Saturday and Sunday on truTV, following CBS Sports’ live game coverage, with Gumbel, Barkley, Anthony, Smith and Wright.

Fans also will be able to access the games through NCAA March Madness on Demand. NCAA March Madness on Demand provides live streaming video of every game of the new 68-team tournament as they are broadcast by CBS Sports and Turner Sports, which started with the First Four™ from Dayton, Ohio on March 15, and concludes with the Men’s Final Four® semi-finals and national championship game from Houston, Texas on April 2 and April 4, respectively.

7:05 PM: CBS: Anaheim: Connecticut vs. Arizona, Verne Lundquist/Bill Raftery//Lesley Visser
