CBS’ Golf Tour Heads To Illinois For John Deere Classic

The PGA on CBS stops in Silvis, IL for the John Deere Classic. CBS will have live weekend coverage starting at 3 p.m. Eastern today and tomorrow. Jim Nantz has a rare week off. Unlike Joe Buck, Jim works most of the PGA Tour events and works about 48 weekends a year. Jim will be in Scotland next week to call the Open Championship for BBC Sport and those who have ESPN3.com as well as subscribers to DirecTV will be able to see that coverage, but that’s next week.

Here are details of CBS’ coverage for this week which will be headed up by Bill Macatee and Ian Baker-Finch. Even analyst Nick Faldo is off.
