CBC’s Programming for Day -1 of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games

As I did in 2010 and 2012 when the Canadian Olympic Broadcasting Consortium had the rights to the Vancouver and London Games, I will post the programming highlights in Canada each night for the Sochi Olympics.

CBC’s day will begin on Thursday at 6 a.m. ET with Olympic Morning which will air the Men’s and Women’s Slopestyle Qualifying as well as the Freestyle Skiing Moguls Qualifying.

That will transition to Olympic Daytime which will focus on the new Team Figure Skating competition and the men’s and pairs short programs.

In primetime at 7 p.m., Ron MacLean sets the table for the 17 Days of Glory and previews the Opening Ceremony.

Here’s CBC’s preview.
