We Are Boston Strong; Bruins Fans Sing the National Anthem

We have a couple of videos for you of the scene at TD Garden in Boston. These occurred before the game between the Buffalo Sabres and Boston Bruins, the first sporting event in the city since the Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people.

On the video screen above the ice, the Bruins played this titled “Boston Strong” filled with scenes of Marathon runners. It was great.

That led into the National Anthem that was started by traditional Bruins anthem singer Rene Rancourt and finished by the 18,000 people in the crowd. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place.

It’s been an emotional week. Tremendous stuff.
