It’s strange to see the SEC Tournament played at Georgia Tech where the ACC logo is all over the floor, but these are extenuating circumstances and it’s one area that is available since the Philips Arena is closed because it suffered some damage just like the Georgia Dome.

Pete Dougherty of the Albany Times Union writes in his blog that because of the tornado that swept through Atlanta last night, the SEC has moved the final of its tournament to 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, forcing CBS to move it to ESPN2. And Pete says the semifinal of the America East’s women’s tournament featuring Albany and Hartford will not be shown locally.
