AUDIBLES with CBS Sports’ Lead College Football Analyst Gary Danielson

(On Importance of this Game for Florida)
Florida
’s October is brutal. When you look at their schedule, this is a game they have to win. It’s a must-win for Will Muschamp. Because if you don’t win this game, October could be an 0-fer. Everyone wants to see progress and when the previous coach has beaten Tennessee six times in a row, you don’t want to lose at home.

(On Tennessee-Florida Match-up)
Both teams have to prove that they are worthy as mention as contenders for the SEC. They clearly are not in the upper echelon of teams at the beginning of the season, but when we entered this game just a year ago most of the talking heads believed that Florida was the team to beat. A year ago you could see all the star players in blue. This year you can see that the difference makers on the field on offense, although Florida has many, so does Tennessee. It’s the first time in my six years that it’s equal talent on both offenses.

(On Tennessee Quarterback Tyler Bray)
I have been touting him (Tyler Bray) for a year and a half and he was my breakout sleeper player of the SEC this year. I think he is going to be a tough one for Florida to handle because they have weapons on the field now where you just can not tilt the field from one side to the other. They have receivers on both sides. I like their passing game chances in this game.

That’s going to do it.
