This weekend being Easter, the ESPN Family will air seven NBA Playoff games. On Friday, ESPN and ESPN2 will combine for three games. Then ESPN will have two games on Saturday night and ABC has a doubleheader on Easter Sunday. Got it? Good. The schedule is below.
Seven NBA Playoff Games This Weekend across ESPN & ABC
The NBA Playoffs continue on ESPN and ABC this weekend with seven games: three primetime telecasts across ESPN and ESPN2 on Friday, April 22, an ESPN doubleheader on Saturday, April 23, and an ABC afternoon doubleheader on Sunday, April 24. ABC’s Sunday Showcase will include the Miami Heat facing the Philadelphia 76ers at 1 p.m. ET, followed by the New York Knicks hosting the Boston Celtics at 3:30 p.m. Mike Tirico will call the Heat/Sixers telecast with analyst Hubie Brown and reporter Heather Cox, while Mike Breen will provide commentary for Celtics/Knicks with analysts Mark Jackson and Jeff Van Gundy and reporter Lisa Salters. ABC’s NBA Countdown will preview the action at 12:30 p.m.
