TBS Hot Corner, Day 10 or We're Coming to the End

With Colorado putting up a 6 spot in the 4th inning and taking a 6-1 lead over the Arizona Diamondbacks, it’s looking as if TBS’ run in the postseason is about to come to an end. And it will also mean an end to TBS Hot Corner. Sad, but all good things come to an end.

I’ll miss chatting with Kelly Cross. I’ll miss seeing Heather Catlin. I’ll miss the analysis and humor of John Marzano. I won’t miss Matt Dagostino (although I did see improvement from him as Hot Corner progressed), Yankee homer Vinny Micucci and the tool from Baseball Prospectus.

This is the first venture for a live online show for MLB during the postseason and it went well. TBS showed that this could work and I’m sure there will be a version next year. And here’s hoping TBS will do this during its Sunday Game of the Week during the regular season.

TBS’ coverage is coming to an end, but Fox will continue at least for the rest of the week. We’ll have critiques of Fox as the ALCS progresses.
