Let’s provide the schedule for the American and National League Division Series. As you’re probably aware by now, FS1 will carry the ALDS while TBS will have the NLDS. TBS lucks out this year as it will have the top three markets in the country, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago along with perennial power St. Louis in its half of the playoffs.
Meanwhile, FS1 will have Toronto which doesn’t count in the ratings as well as Dallas, Houston and Kansas City. While Dallas and Houston are top ten markets, they don’t have the high ratings potential as the National League.
FS1 will have Kenny Albert, Harold Reynolds, Tom Verducci and Ken Rosenthal on the Texas-Toronto series while Matt Vasgersian, John Smoltz, professional troll A.J. Pierzynski and Jon Paul Morosi on the Houston-KC ALDS.
MLB Network will carry two games from Fox’s ALDS with Bob Costas and Matt Vasgersian calling them.
For TBS, Ernie Johnson, Ron Darling, Cal Ripken, Jr. and Sam Ryan will be on the New York Mets-Los Angeles Dodgers series while Brian Anderson, Dennis Eckersley, Joe Simpson and Matt Winer.
ESPN Radio will carry all of the postseason games and the Chris Berman Experience on radio is back. You will need a TV because you will have no idea where the ball is or what the count is.
Here’s the schedule.
All times are Eastern.
