The last Thursday Night Football game of the season that resulted in a San Diego Chargers upset of the Denver Broncos in the Mile High City resulted in good numbers for NFL Network.
The game saw a 5.6 US household rating for just NFL Network. Numbers from local stations in San Diego and Denver have yet to be added to the rating. In addition, the game averaged 8.9 million viewers which is the fifth most-watched game of the series.

- With 8.9 million viewers, Thursday Night Football was the most-watched program overall on cable TV Thursday night and now has been the most-watched program overall on cable TV each Thursday night of NFL Network’s 2013 schedule.
- The game’s audience peaked in the 1st half of the game in the fourth quarter-hour (9:15PM-9:30PM) with 9.8 million viewers and a 6.1 US HH rating.
