THE NFL TODAY featured an emotional Thanksgiving Day story about the tragic automobile accident last December involving two members of the Dallas Cowboys, practice squad player Jerry Brown, who was killed, and his friend since college and teammate Josh Brent, who was charged with intoxication manslaughter as a result of the accident.  Brown’s mother, Stacey Jackson, narrated the emotional story of forgiveness and shared her fight to carry on, in part, through the life of a baby granddaughter born a month after her son’s passing.  Charlie Bloom was the producer.
