Ok, the NBA regular season schedule is being released. Just out now, the NBA on TNT schedule. The NBA’s Network of Record will air Thursday night doubleheaders and have special double dips on Opening Night, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and a couple of Tuesday nights. In addition, TNT will have its usual NBA All-Star Weekend coverage coming on February 14-16 from New Orleans.
TNT’s schedule tips off on Tuesday, October 29 with the Chicago Bulls taking on the two-time defending champions Miami Heat. TNT airs the ring ceremony live during NBA Tip-Off. The nightcap will be the crosstown rivalry game in Los Angeles between the Clippers and the Lakers.
On November 7, Dwight Howard sees his former Lakers team as the Rockets take on LA.

TNT’s 2013-14 NBA Regular Season Schedule to Feature Multiple Appearances by NBA Champion Heat, Lakers, Clippers, Thunder, Knicks, Bulls and Rockets
NBA Season Tips Off October 29 Exclusively on TNT with Miami Hosting Chicago & L.A. Clippers vs. Lakers
Turner Sports, in its 30th consecutive year of NBA coverage, today announced that TNT will televise 52 games during the 2013-14 NBA regular season including 10 appearances by the Los Angeles Clippers, Lakers and Oklahoma City Thunder, as well as nine appearances each by the NBA Champion Miami Heat, New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets. TNT will televise 20 Thursday night NBA doubleheaders during the regular season.
The NBA season will exclusively open on TNT for the 12th consecutive year with a doubleheader Tuesday, Oct. 29, featuring the Heat and NBA MVP LeBron James hosting the Bulls and the highly-anticipated return of Derrick Rose at 8 p.m. ET. TNT’s coverage will include Miami’s championship ring ceremony during the one-hour TNT NBA Tip-Off pre-game show at 7 p.m. The second game of the night will feature a premier point guard showdown when the Lakers and two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash host their in-town rival Clippers and six-time NBA All-Star Chris Paul at 10:30 p.m.
TNT’s opening week coverage will continue with a Halloween doubleheader on Thursday, Oct. 31, with four playoff teams from last season. The first game of the exclusive doubleheader features the Knicks and Carmelo Anthony visiting the Bulls at 8 p.m., followed by the Clippers hosting the Golden State Warriors – led by standout sharpshooter Stephen Curry and the recently acquired Andre Iguodala – at 10:30 p.m.

For the 12th consecutive year, TNT will televise extensive coverage of NBA All-Star 2014 including NBA All-Star Friday (Feb. 14) and the exclusive presentation of NBA All-Star Saturday (Feb. 15) and the 2014 NBA All-Star Game (Feb. 16) in New Orleans. The network’s regular season schedule will be followed by more than 40 playoff games including first and second round action and the exclusive presentation of the 2014 NBA Western Conference Finals.
