Kudos to MLB Network

I was watching the tribute to the late Anaheim Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart on NESN when I wanted to see how Fox Sports West was covering it. Knowing that it FSW was blacked out due to the fact I’m in Red Sox territory and the opposite broadcast would be knocked out on DirecTV, I went over to MLB Network. Sure enough, MLB Network picked up Fox Sports West’s feed and I was able to watch the Adenhart tribute there. That is what MLB Network is made for. To be a go-to channel when a big story in baseball occurs.

It cut away when the action was about to start which is in accordance with MLB restrictions, but overall, good job by MLB Network to pick up the Adenhart tribute video and the moment of silence at Angel Stadium.
