JOHNSTON: RETURN OF VITT & LOOMIS HAS PROVEN BENEFICIAL FOR SAINTS – Earlier this week, NFL on FOX analyst Daryl Johnston joined Fox Sports Radio’s Dan Patrick show. Johnston who is coming off calling Sunday’s Falcons vs. Saints game which saw the Falcons lose their first game of the season. “I have no idea who the best team in the NFC is right now but the New Orleans Saints are the most dangerous team right now. They are the team that I wouldn’t want to play right now. They’re getting better and starting to figure out their issues on the defensive side of the ball,” said Johnston. Johnston believes the presence of now interim head coach Joe Vitt and general manager Mickey Loomis has served the team chemistry well. “The personality of Joe Vitt being in the building now for three weeks and with Mickey Loomis coming back helps. They’ve gotten back to a sense of normalcy.”
