The 2011-12 NFL on CBS Announcing Teams

Announced today at the NFL on CBS Media Day Luncheon, an event I was hoping to attend, but could not, the broadcast pairings for this season. As you know CBS covers the American Football Conference and will go all the way from Week 1 of the regular season to the AFC Championship Game on January 22, 2012.

As you know, Gus Johnson is no longer with CBS. Marv Albert was hired and will be teamed with Rich Gannon. Gus’ former partner, Steve Tasker will be hooked up with Bill Macatee. Spero Dedes gets Steve Beurelein as a partner.

We have the full press release for CBS including the network’s broadcast assignments for the first three weeks of the NFL season.
