Univision Deportes Covers Two 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on Friday

It’s a big-time soccer or fútbol doubleheader on UniMás with lots of pregame and postgame coverage on its sister network, Univision Deportes.

Both the United States and Mexico are preparing for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The United States Men’s National Team have assured a spot in the World Cup. Meanwhile, Mexico is fighting just to get into a playoff to get into the World Cup.

On Friday, the US has a home game in Kansas City against Jamaica. Mexico will be home against Panama in the venerable Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.

UniMás will have both games starting at 6 p.m. ET with the Fútbol Central pregame. Univision Deportes will air only the Mexico vs. Panama game, but will also air Fútbol Central at 6 p.m.
