Wanted to give you this post to apologize for not updating the site as often as I would like. I’m currently on unemployment and I’ve been going to the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training almost every day for various seminars and workshops so it’s been cutting into my time here.
In addition, my weekly benefits that I depend did not come through as expected this week so it’s set me back. I don’t mean to whine because I’m no different than the millions out of work, but it’s not fun to be unemployed especially around the holidays and also not have the weekly benefits that I depend on to help make ends meet.
The holidays have been not a good time for me to begin with, but when you’re unemployed and facing an uncertain future, depression sets in even deeper than normal. I ask for your forgiveness as I do my best to keep my personal problems off the blog.
I won’t be updating the site this weekend, I’ll be offline and I won’t be Tweeting. My apologies to you. I’ll be back on Monday.
