The "Bear & The Gang" Needs To Become A Real TV Series

With this week’s announcement that the Boston Bruins have launched a new social media portal putting their Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ along with video all in one place, fans who download the team’s mobile app for iPhones, Androids and Blackberries get to see an exclusive web series, “The Bear & the Gang” which is a Boston Bruins Production.

This is absolutely hilarious. It features B’s TV voice Jack Edwards, beloved Bruins national anthem singer Rene Rancourt, Brad Marchand, various other members of the Bruins and of course, “The Bear” who has appeared in various ads.

I love these opening credits and already, the first episode of the series is on the Bruins mobile app.

This needs to come to television. Now.

Whomever thought of this idea needs to be given a bonus.
