Behind The Scenes With The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders

As a Cleveland Browns fans, I hate most everything Baltimore Ravens. Most everything except their cheerleading squad which along with the Philadelphia Eagles are the two best in the NFL. Reuters photographers Jason Reed, Larry Downing and Molly Riley spent several weeks with the Ravens Cheerleaders and came out with this very good 11 minute documentary on the auditions to make the squad and then life as a cheerleader.

The mix of still pictures and video adds to the documentary plus you hear from several cheerleaders on how making the squad has helped their self-esteem. Very well done and you can take a look at the entire video right here.

You can read the photographers’ reaction to their unique assignment at the Reuters site right here.
