The defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers maintained their spot atop the NFL.com “Power Poll,” capturing all nine first-place votes for the third time in four weeks.The undefeated Buffalo Bills shook up the rankings with last week’s win over the New England Patriots, leaping from No. 13 into a tie for fifth place with New England.
