NFL Week 11 Best Betting Games

NFL betting sites enable you to bet on each Week 11 game, but that doesn’t mean you should. It pays to be selective and that’s why we’re taking the liberty of suggesting a few games on which to bet. Every new week brings us closer to Super Bowl betting. Needless to say, things are getting a little too spicy for the pepper, so to speak.

  • New England Patriots -4 (-110) -195 O 44½ (-110)
  • Philadelphia Eagles +4 (-110) +160 U 44½ (-110)

The Pats experienced a dose of reality in Week 9, and it was a bitter medicine. The reality check came in the form of a 20-37 road loss to the Baltimore Ravens. New England entered that game 8-0 SU and 6-2 ATS. NFL betting sites favored them by a field goal. And even that may have been too generous. Up until that point, the Patriots had not beaten, or even played, a team with a winning record.

The lack of proper competition meant that when they finally faced a real team they were outplayed and outmatched. It was a rude awakening but it was also a necessary shock. Moreover, the Pats have had a week to rest as well as to think about what happened. The Eagles do have a winning record, but they’re mediocre at best. We expect that the Patriots will return from their bye with a chip on their shoulders. And they will take it out on Philly.

  • Houston Texans +4 (-110) +176 O 50(-110
  • Baltimore Ravens -4 (-110) -210) U 50(-110)

And speaking of Baltimore, the Ravens are tearing up the pea patch. In addition to upsetting the Pats, they absolutely destroyed the Bengals 49-13 in Week 10. Baltimore is 5-0 SU and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games. The Texans are no pushovers. And their 3rd-ranked run defense will serve them well against the Ravens’ league-leading rushing offense. Nevertheless, four points seem like NFL betting sites are giving Houston too much credit. Or Baltimore not enough credit. The Ravens are also ranking first in scoring offense and second in total yards per game. Surely you have heard the expression, “strike while the iron’s hot”. Well, Baltimore is the hottest thing in football right now. Bettors will do well stick with the Ravens.

  • Cincinnati Bengals +10½ (-110) +384 O 48½ (-110)
  • Oakland Raiders -10½ (-110) -500 U 48½ (-110)

The Raiders are trending upwards while the Bengals continue to hit new nadirs. Oakland covered 31-24 as 2.5-point home faves against Detroit in Week 9 according to top rated sportsbooks. Then the Raiders upset the Chargers 26-24 as 1.5-point home dogs. Neither their offense nor their defense is anything really special. Then again, it doesn’t take anything special to beat the Bengals by 11 points. Cincy is 3-6 ATS in nine games, all of which they have lost straight-up. Their defense is dead last in total yards and rushing yards allowed per game. And the Bengals are among the worst teams in every other category, defensive-wise, offensive-wise, and otherwise-wise.

  • New York Jets +1½ (-115) +100 O 37½ (-110)
  • Washington Redskins -1½ (-105) -120 U 37½ (-110)

This is a tricky one, but we do believe the Jets can manage to upset the Skins by at least two points. The Redskins have home advantage, but a fat lot of good that’s done them this season. As a matter of fact, their only win came in a trip to Miami. Washington found a way to cover against two good teams recently (Vikes and Niners). But they’re not so good playing teams at a similar level. They did not cover in the aforementioned Miami game, and neither did they versus the Giants. It’s a bit risky, but we’d take the Jets and the points.
