NESN’s Thursday Coverage Plans

Well, in one of the greatest nights in MLB history where four games went down to the wire and in a span of 20 minutes, Atlanta and the Red Sox lose and Tampa Bay wins to complete some of the most epic baseball we’ve ever seen, well, I can’t even complete the sentence, I’m so numb from seeing the Red Sox lose to having them eliminated from the playoffs three minutes and thirty seconds later by the Rays.

Anyway, NESN is covering the Ottawa-Bruins game on Thursday and probably best for me. I still can’t believe what I watched.

Here’s NESN’s blurb on what’s up for Thursday.

  1.  NESN’s coverage of Thursday’s Boston Bruins-Ottawa Senators pre-season game will begin at 6:30 PM with WB Mason Bruins FaceOff LIVE. Dale Arnold and Barry Pederson will deliver the show from NESN’s TD Garden studios with Naoko Funayama reporting.
  2. NESN’s Bruins play-by-play announcer Jack Edwards is not available to work the pre-season game due to a prior family commitment. Tom Caron (play-by-play) will join Andy Brickley (color analyst) in the NESN broadcast booth to call the action.

That’s it.
