NBCSN’s SportsDash To Discuss Yahoo’s Report on College Football Players Receiving Benefits

Yahoo’s Rand Getlin and Charles Robinson who co-authored the piece will appear on the show co-hosted by Dave Briggs and Carolyn Manno. Yahoo’s Dan Wetzel and Pat Forde also will discuss the story.

The show airs at noon ET today.

STAMFORD, Conn. – September 12, 2013 – SportsDash with Yahoo! Sports will feature a special report today on the Yahoo! Sports exclusive investigation into five college football players who violated NCAA rules by receiving extra benefits.

Today’s special report will feature Yahoo! Sports’ Rand Getlin and Charles Robinson, who co-authored the main investigative article, as well as Yahoo! Sports columnist Dan Wetzel and Yahoo! Sports college football columnist and regular SportsDash contributor Pat Forde.

SportsDash with Yahoo! Sports airs weekdays from Noon-1 p.m. ET on NBCSN followed by a web-only show on Yahoo! Sports and NBCSports.com from 1-1:15 p.m. ET.

The investigative article asserts five SEC football players violated NCAA rules by receiving extra benefits prior to completing their collegiate careers.
