NASCAR on TNT Heads to Michigan

The NASCAR Summer Series on TNT speeds to Michigan International Speedway on Sunday. For this week, the Sprint Cup Series stop in Michigan will go 400 miles around the oval track.

Adam Alexander will be the host and also call the lap-by-lap action. Wally Dallenbach, Larry McReynolds and Kyle Petty will analyze the passes and the pit stops.

Network Goes Behind-the-Scenes with Defending Champion Brad Keselowski

Turner Sports continues its 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Summer Series coverage with the Quicken Loans 400 from Michigan International Speedway on Sunday, June 16, at 1 p.m. ET. TNT’s NASCAR Summer Series coverage will begin with the pre-race Countdown to Green at 12 p.m.

Adam Alexander will call the race and host the pre-race show with analysts Kyle PettyWally Dallenbach and Larry McReynolds. In addition, veteran reporters Ralph SheheenMarty SniderMatt Yocum and Chris Neville will patrol pit road to bring viewers comprehensive coverage and access prior to and during each race.

TNT’s Countdown to Green will continue to showcase weekly features highlighting different drivers and their lives on-and-off the racetrack, as well as preview the week’s race. This week’s coverage will follow 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion Brad Keselowski. TNT cameras were embedded with Keselowski and his team over the course of the week preceding the Quicken Loans 400 as they travelled and prepared for the upcoming race.

Additionally, during the pre-race coverage, TNT will televise a special feature focusing on Dale Earnhardt, Jr., winner of last year’s Quicken Loans 400 that broke his 143-race winless streak, with TNT reporter Sheheen interviewing him during a visit to his “Whisky River” property.
