Golf Channel’s Tournament Action for the Weekend

Golf Channel has coverage of four tournaments from four separate tours. Golf Channel will be live from the the PGA Tour’s Canadian Open and have taped coverage of the LPGA Evian Masters which will become a major on the tour in 2013. We have details of what will be aired starting Thursday.

  • Keegan Bradley Mic’d Up During Thursday’s Live CoveragePGA TOUR professional Keegan Bradley and his caddie will be fitted with microphones during Thursday’s opening round of coverage.  Viewers will be able to eavesdrop on conversations between Bradley and his caddie throughout the round.
  • Thursday and Friday Featured Groupings: Bradley (mic’d up), Jim Furyk and Carl Pettersson will be the featured grouping for Thursday’s opening round of coverage.  Friday’s featured grouping will include World No. 1 Luke Donald, Matt Kuchar and Mike Weir.

  • Star-Studded International Field – More than 25 countries will be represented in the 111 player-field this week.  41 of the top 50 in the current Rolex World Rankings are entered, including the top-16 players in the world.
