ESPN Family of Network’s College Basketball Games This Week

Plenty of college basketball this week as conferences will end their regular season schedules. Lots of games. We have ESPN’s entire schedule for the week including all platforms, on TV and online below.

Men’s College Basketball: Six of Top Nine in Action; Three Showdowns of Ranked Teams

ESPN’s men’s college basketball schedule for early this week includes six of the top nine teams in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, highlighted by two of them playing another ranked team: No. 2 Kansas against No. 17 Texas A&M on Wednesday, March 2, at 9 p.m. (on ESPN2) and No. 9 Notre Dame against No. 14 Villanova on Monday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m. on ESPN. Highlights:

  • ESPN will televise No. 5 Texas against Kansas State on Monday, Feb. 28, at 9 p.m.
  • An ESPN doubleheader Tuesday, March 1 will include No. 8 Purdue against Illinois at 7 p.m. followed by No. 18 Vanderbilt at No. 22 Kentucky at 9 p.m.
  • On Wednesday, March 2, ESPN will televise No. 1 Duke against Clemson at 9 p.m. and ESPNU will cover No. 6 Pittsburgh against South Florida at 9 p.m.

In addition, Dan Shulman and Dick Vitale will call ESPNU’s telecast of Alabama at No. 13 Florida Tuesday, March 1, at 7 p.m.

As promised, here’s the schedule for the second half of this week including where College GameDay is headed.

Men’s College Basketball: College GameDay at No. 8 Texas at Baylor

ESPN’s upcoming men’s college basketball schedule includes College GameDay originating from Waco, Texas for No. 8 Texas at Baylor Saturday, March 5. ESPN will televise the game at 9 p.m. The morning edition of College GameDay will air at 10 a.m. on ESPNU and continue on ESPN at 11 a.m. while the one-hour evening edition will be televised at 8 p.m. on ESPN. The show is hosted by Rece Davis with analysts Jay Bilas, Hubert Davis and Digger Phelps.

All five of ESPN’s telecasts Saturday, March 5, will involve at least one ranked team, including two games between ranked teams: No. 7 Notre Dame at No. 16 Connecticut at 2 p.m. and No. 14 Florida at No. 20 Vanderbilt at 6 p.m.  In addition to No. 8 Texas at Baylor, Saturday’s ESPN schedule will include No. 11 Louisville at West Virginia at noon and No. 6 Purdue at Iowa at 4 p.m.
