Some More Super Bowl-related Links And A Few Other Things As Well

Well, as we now wrap up the first full day of the New York Giants as Super Bowl Champions, let us put a wrap on Super Bowl stuff.

Moving to other subjects now, ESPN has announced its matchups for BracketBusters weekend later this month.

Ryan White of The Oregonian is happy to see the return of Dick Vitale this Wednesday.

Heading back to Pete Dougherty of the Albany Times Union, he has the NHL flex game on NBC for February 17.

Louis Hau of Forbes Magazine writes that NBC’s John Madden tops its list of Most Influential Sports Broadcasters, just edging out ESPN’s Chris Berman for the top spot. Here’s the Forbes slideshow on the subject.

Last week, I gave you a pic of New York radio traffic reporter Christina Stoffo. We a link to the second part of her interview with SoHood.com.

By the way, I’ve updated my Blogroll to the right so visit the sites when you can. Today, I’ve added CNBC’s Darren Rovell. I link to the man so often that having him up on the Blogroll is way overdue. And I’ve also added Brent Hunsberger’s Playbooks and Profits sports business blog from The Oregonian site. Both cover sports business quite well and click on the links to head to their respective sites.

I’ll have one more Super Bowl-related post and that should do it for tonight.
